I have “Automatic lookup of DNS
Names” on the “General” tab
checked for the profile, expecting
SurfStats to do a Reverse DNS
lookup after processing the log
files. When I double-click a site
profile to generate reports it
processes the log files, SurfStats
then locks up.

never moves on to the next

retrieve page titles” on the site
profile set up.
Pre-selection of this option has been
removed from V7.0.0.5 and later.
Lookup page titles after report generation to
screen by clicking the “Retrieve Page Titles”
button after report generation. If you select
the “Add changes…” option when generating
reports page titles will be preserved.
Page titles do not refresh when I
click the “Retrieve Page Titles”
button.
Page titles have already been looked
up.
You have to use the “Overwrite database..”
method of database population when
generating reports and refresh the page
titles. If you use “Add changes…” the page
titles will be preserved. Sometimes you
need to click another report name and then
the original report name to refresh the page
titles.
Page title lookups do not work.

Install V7.0.0.5 or later. Ensure that the site
URL is specified on the Home tab of the site
profile. The site URL also has to be
accessible so that the page titles can be
looked up.
